Outreach activities:
1. Conducted self financed short term course titled: Quantum Transport Phenomena: Conducted a short term course on the topic ’Quantum Transport Phenomena’ at IIT Gandhinagar during Jun 12-21, 2017. This includes a series of lectures that were delivered to PhD and MTech students at the department of Electrical Engineering for advanced research studies. The topics covered under this course were Quantum Transport Phenomena: From Fundamentals to Applications. The detailed topics were Non-equilibrium Green’s function, nanoscale transport properties, thermal transport in solids, Boltzmann transport theory, etc.

2. Conducted self financed short term course titled: Modeling and Simulation of Advanced Semiconductor Devices & VLSI Circuits: Conducted a self financed short term course titled: TEQIPIII sponsored one week short term course on Modeling and Simulation of Advanced Semiconductor Devices & VLSI Circuits. Conducted a TEQIPIII sponsored one week short term course on Modeling and Simulation of Advanced Semiconductor Devices & VLSI Circuits at the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, G B Pant Institute of Engineering and Technology, Pauri Garhwal, India, during June 25-28, 2018. The targeted learners were PG students and faculty members from nearby institutes. The topics covered by me in this course as an instructor were Familiarization of VLSI Design flow, transistor scaling and reliability issues, VLSI interconnects and self heating, modeling of eletro-thermal properties in 2-dimensional materials, etc., from 25 Jun, 2018 to 25 Jun, 2018.

3. Conducted self financed short term course titled: Two Dimensional Materials: Atom to Devices: Conducted a short term course on the topic ’Two Dimensional Materials: Atom to Devices" during Oct 21-25, 2021. This includes a series of lectures that were delivered to PhD and MTech students at the department of Electronics and Communication Engineering IIIT-Allahabad for advanced research studies. The topics covered under this course were two-dimensional materials: from fundamentals to applications.

4. Conducted self financed short term course titled: Summer Training Program on VLSI Design-2018. This is a yearly summer self-financed short-term course on VLSI Design, where I taught a short term course on semiconductor MOSFETs. The course commenced at IIIT-Allahabad.

5. Conducted self financed short term course titled: Summer training program on VLSI design-2019: This is a yearly summer self-financed short-term course on VLSI Design, where I taught a short term course on semiconductor MOSFETs. The course commenced at IIIT-Allahabad.,

Workshops arranged/organized/Invited:
1. Title: 6th IEEE ICEE (Hilton, Bangalore, December 12th – 14th, 2022): I was invited to put a talk on "Temperature Dependent Band Gaps and Giant Excitonic Binding Energies in Novel 2D beta-phase Nitrogen Arsenide and Nitrogen Antimonide”. The conference was arranged by IEEE EDS and IISc Bangalore.

2. Title: First Workshop on Electron Devices 2016 (WED’16):
I was an organizer of the IEEE Workshop on Electron Devices 2016 (WED’16) (the first workshop being organized by the newly formed IEEE EDS UP chapter meant to promote students, young professionals and women in science and technology) at IIIT-Allahabad. The focus of this workshop was to discuss the recent advancements in electron devices with their well-recognized and promising applications. It covered the topics range from device modeling to basics of emerging electron devices and their potential applications as per the current requirements. The workshop WED’16 consisted of invited talks in the related areas by experts from IITs and other premier institutes and research centres of the country as well as representatives from industry and provided an opportunity for participants to discuss various aspects of emerging electron devices, disseminate work in progress, and promote new ideas in the field.

3. Title: "Workshop on Compact Modeling" at IIT Kanpur on 3rd March, 2017: I acted as an invited fellow to delivered a lecture on "Role of Feynman diagrams in energy band structure of materials - A post density functional theory approach". The workshop was arranged by Professor Yogesh Chauhan at IIT_Kanpur during March 2017.

4. Title: International Workshop on Physics of Semiconductor Devices for December 17-20, 2019, at Kolkata, India: I delivered a talk at International Workshop on Physics of Semiconductor Devices for December 17-20, 2019, at Kolkata, India on the excitonic affairs in two-dimensional semiconductors.
