Bio-MEMs and Nanotechnology Lab
The Bio-MEMs and Nanotechnology Lab is an essential part of the Department of Applied Sciences at IIIT Allahabad. Our research is aimed on following main areas: Bio-MEMs, Biosensors, Bio-nanotechnology & Artificial Organs.
We explore a variety of cost effective photolithography process for fabrication of various MEMs, Microfluidic and Lab on chip devices, for different healthcare application. Our interdisciplinary effort combines physics, biology, chemistry, biomedical engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering and materials science. We have industrial collaborations and our products focus on healthcare of developing nations. Our devoted group of researchers have received awards also due to their innovative effort.
