Title: Microfabricated SU-8 Optical Waveguide Based Chemical and Biological Sensors

Synopsis: The aim of this research work is to develop a cost effective label free evanescent wave absorbance based portable lab on chip devices for biosensing application in addition to as a novel mean of detection after electro-separation of various analytes including biomolecule. Three possible sensing mechanisms were explored in this work
