The Department of Microelectronics Engineering at Indian
Institute of Information Technology offers a vibrant environment for
postgraduate education and research in Microelectronics Engineering.
Established in 2007, the mission of the department is to provide the
leadership in the field of Microelectronics Engineering. The department
is committed in providing knowledge in the field of microelectronics and
to provide the students with a stimulating and rewarding learning
experience. Presence of extensive laboratory compared to any other
institution in India adds to it hands-on experience and makes it widely
recognized to be a pioneer in Microelectronics Engineering education in
India.
