Different schemes of Scholarship are run and governed by the Centre and State governments. Each scheme has its own eligibility criteria and amount of scholarship, as decided by the governing authority. The student must satisfy the specified eligibility criteria of the particular scheme under which he/she wants to avail the benefit. Most of the Scholarship Schemes are available on different Scholarship Portals and students can apply in the online mode.

1. One student can avail only one scholarship.

2. The amount of scholarship will directly be transferred to the account of the student under the DBT Scheme. In any case, payment will NOT be done by cash or through cheque.

3. The bank account used for receiving the amount of scholarship should be in the name of the student; the amount shall not be transferred to the bank account of guardian / relative / friend.

4. The bank account of the beneficiary of the Scholarship is required to be Aadhar seeded.
