<p class="text-justify"> <b>Dr. Ramesh Kumar Bhukya </b> is currently working as an <b>Assistant Professor</b> in the <a href="https://ece.iiita.ac.in/">Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering </a> at the <a href="https://iiita.ac.in/"> Indian Institute of Information Technology Allahabad </a>, Deoghat, Jhalwa, Prayagraj. Before joining the IIIT Allahabad Campus, he worked as an <b>Assistant Professor</b> in the <a href="http://nitandhra.ac.in/dept/ece/">Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering </a> at the <a href="https://nitandhra.ac.in/main/"> National Institute of Technology Andhra Pradesh </a>, Kondrupolu, Tadepalligudem, West Godavari, Andhra Pradesh. He worked as a <b> Visiting Professor </b> in the <a href="http://www.iiitm.ac.in/index.php/en/academics-final/academic-programs/b-tech-computer-science-and-engineering/" >Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) </a> at the <a href="https://www.iiitm.ac.in/" >Atal Bihari Vajpayee - Indian Institute of Information Technology & Management Gwalior (ABV-IIITM) </a>, Morena Link Rd, IIITM Campus, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. Prior to NITAP, Tadepalligudem, he is worked as an <b> Assistant Professor</b> in the <a href="https://nith.ac.in/electronics-communication-engineering">Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering </a> at the <a href="https://nith.ac.in/"> National Institute of Technology Hamirpur </a>, Near Anu, Hamirpur-177005, Himachal Pradesh. He has completed his Ph.D. degree under the supervision of <a href="https://sites.google.com/iitdh.ac.in/prasanna/home/" > Prof. S. R. Mahadeva Prasanna </a> in the <a href="https://www.iitg.ac.in/eee/emstlab/" > Electro-Medical and Speech Technology Laboratory (EMST LAB) </a>, in the <a href="https://www.iitg.ac.in/eee/" >Department of Electronics and Electrical Engineering (EEE)</a> at the <a href="https://www.iitg.ac.in/" >Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati </a>, Guwahati-781039, Assam. His Ph.D. thesis work entitled as "Approaches for Robust Text-Dependent Speaker Verification Under Degraded Conditions <a href="http://gyan.iitg.ernet.in/handle/123456789/1466" >Thesis </a>. His research area mainly deals with some issues present in the development and deployment of the robust text-dependent speaker verification (TDSV) system for practical scenarios using various noise-robust techniques at different stages of a TDSV system. Since obtaining his Ph.D. degree in <a href="https://www.iitg.ac.in/eee/">IITG</a>, his current reseach interests includes <b> Speech/Audio Signal Processing, Automatic Speaker Recognition, Speech Analysis, Speech Recognition, Emotion Analysis Based on Speech and Image, Digital Signal Processing, Speaker Diarization, Speech Based Health Analysis, Biomedical Signal Processing, Speech Emotion Classification and Detection of CoVID-19 from Speech Signal, Unsupervised Speech Processing using Applications of Signal Processing, Pattern Recognition and Machine Learning (PRML), Applications of Artificial Inteliigence, Neural Network and Deep Learning (NNDL) </b>.
Dr. Ramesh K. Bhukya work has been published in well known peer reviewed International Journals and Conference Proceedongs. He is serving as a reviewer in a number of international journals including Multimedia Tools and Applications, International Journal of Speech Technology, IET Signal Processing, Journal of Electronics and Sensors, Journal of Physics, Signal Processing and Telecommunication Networking, Journal of Computer, Mechanics and Automation, Journal of Bilingual Publishing Co., ICCCA2018, International Conference on Digital Image and Signal Processing (DISP-2019) and S N Computer Science.
He worked as an <b> Assistant Professor </b> in the <a href="" > Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering </a> at the <a href="https://aecagra.edu.in/" > Anand Engineering College Agra </a>, Keetham, Agra-Delhi Highway, Agra-282007, Uttar Pradesh working under the Sharda Group of Institutions <a href="https://www.sgei.org/"> SGI </a>. He completed his Master of Technology degree in the <a href="http://www.mnnit.ac.in/index.php/department/engineering/ece" > Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering </a> at the <a href="http://www.mnnit.ac.in/" > Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology (MNNIT) Allahabad </a>, Barrister Mullah Colony, MNNIT Campus, Teliarganj, Prayagraj-211004, Uttar Pradesh under the supervision of <a href="http://mnnit.ac.in/profile/preview.php?login=dhawan" > Prof. Amit Dhawan </a>.
