The phpWebSite cookie class write and reads cookies under one
index. It is really simple to use.

Writing a cookie
-----------------
PHPWS_Cookie::write('name_of_var', 'value_of_var' [,'time_out']);

Example: saving a user's name

PHPWS_Cookie::write('users_name', 'Matt');

The time_out value is optional. It defaults to one year.


Reading a cookie
------------------
PHPWS_Cookie::read('name_of_var');

Example:
echo 'Welcome back ' . PHPWS_Cookie('users_name');

Read returns NULL if the cookie is not set.

Deleting a cookie
-------------------
PHPWS_Cookie::delete('name_of_var');

Example:

echo 'Sorry you are leaving us ' . PHPWS_Cookie::read('users_name');
PHPWS_Cookie::delete('users_name');
