As well as enhancing the efficacy of low cost devices meant for prediction and detection of disease and making it affordable to common-man.
The research work extends from core Electronics Engineering to Diagnostic Medical Sciences. At broad level, this research area deals with Bioinstrumentation, Systems Biology, Bio-Medical Electronics, Algorithms, Databases and Information Systems, Data mining, Image Processing, Modeling and Simulation, Signal Processing, Pattern Recognition and Artificial Neural Network.
